From perusal of the facts stated in the petition for writ, it reveals that an inquiry has already been conducted in the matter and a recommendation too has been made to get certain documents examined by the writing experts. The recommendation as stated above was made on 21.08.2019. The petitioner without waiting for appropriate time has approached this Court in public interest litigation jurisdiction to have a direction for respondents to complete the entire process expeditiously.
We do not find any just reason to issue such direction as the respondents at their own are taking necessary steps to arrive at a definite conclusion and to take appropriate steps against the responsible persons for the alleged illegalities.
The writ petition, for the reasons mentioned above, is dismissed.
