The present application is filed with a request that the petition may be taken up for hearing on an early date. If the relief as prayed for is granted then it would amount to allowing the petitioner to take march over the senior/old matters which have been filed before the presentation of the petition being SCA No.13712 of 2006 and it will adversely affect the interest of other workers who are still waiting for their turn in senior/old matters. Therefore, at this stage, the application is not accepted. The office is directed to list the petition for final hearing in due course as per the seniority of present matter. If there are any compelling circumstances, either side may make appropriate application.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
