Learned AGP under instruction of Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, Collector, Mehsana stated that the order and sealing impugned in this petition shall be withdrawn and the matter will be given a fresh look and consideration. Learned AGP submits that as a result of the withdrawal of the order seal would be opened forthwith.
In view of this statement, learned advocate for the petitioner does not want to press this petition. Hence, petition is disposed of as not pressed.
It goes without saying that the withdrawal of the order impugned would not debar the authority to act strictly in accordance with law and in compliance with principle of natural justice.
