Bipin Unnikrishnan vs Abraham K.George

The claim put in by the second respondent in I.A. No. 688/2013 was entertained and attachment before judgment ordered in I.A. No. 875/2012 was lifted. The petitioner intends to challenge the order in appeal and has applied for its certified/carbon copy.

2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Attingal to issue certified/carbon copy of the order in I.A. No. 688/2013 in O.S. No. 123/2012. The same shall be issued to the petitioner on usual terms within a period of ten days from today. The parties shall maintain status quo for a period of two weeks.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
