Sri Dharmendra Kumar Nirankari, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, this is a second writ petition on the same cause of action. The petitioners do not wish to press the instant writ petition.
The second writ petition on the same cause of action is not maintainable. The writ petition is dismissed.
However, considering the fact that the future of the students is at stake, it is open to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for early hearing of the Writ Petition, registered as Writ-C No.47494 of 2017 (Bipin Kumar Kaushal and others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
