~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in Crime No.1513/2014 registered by the Kadavanthara Police Station, the petitioner was taken into custody and his arrest has been recorded. There is an interim order in these matters restraining the police from effecting the arrest of the petitioner.
3. The aforesaid order restraining the police from arresting the petitioner is hereby vacated.
These Bail Applications are closed by directing the police to record the arrest of the petitioner in these crimes also.
