JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of the marital dispute alleging bias on the part of the presiding officer. The same is emphatically denied by the respondent and the remarks called for by the Registry also disprove bias.
2. The respondent has however no objection in the marital dispute being transferred to the Family Court, Kanhangad in the circumstances.
3. I therefore order transfer of O.P. No. 2/2012 and O.P. (G & W) No. 183/2012 from the Family Court Kasaragod to the Family Court, Kanhangad. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
