Petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 application before the Lower Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC), the 3rd respondent herein seeking permission to construct a residential building in an extent of 5 cents of land shown as paddy land in the data bank particulars prepared by them. In fact, LLMC, after conducting necessary enquiry, has to place the matter before the District Level Authorised Committee. The complaint of the petitioner is that though the application was filed on 06/01/2014, so far no orders have been passed in the matter which causes serious hardship to him.
Having regard to the nature of contentions raised by the petitioner and having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
W.P.C.No.13697/2014 2 There will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P3 application and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
