JUDGMENT / ORDER

ANTONY DOMINIC , J.
This writ appeal is filed against the judgment in W.P(C). 25812/14. Earlier, we had occasion to consider W.A.1473/14 which was filed against the judgment in W.P(C).26526/14, rendered by the learned single Judge following the judgment under appeal, in this writ appeal. By judgment dated 21.10.2014, W.A.1473/14, in which similar contentions were urged, was dismissed. In view of the judgment in W.A.1473/14, this writ appeal also has to be dismissed and we do so.
