The above application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner herein apprehending arrest in connection with the crime that is apprehended to be registered in respect of the allegations contained in this petition. 2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner in respect of any allegation pertaining to this. Accordingly, the apprehension of the petitioner that he would be arrested in connection with such a crime is baseless and the application stands closed.
