Petitioner claims to be working as Mini Anganwadi Worker. Her grievance is that though she has worked for the period August, 2015 to September, 2018 but the amount due and payable towards honorarium has not been released in her favour. Various letters/ representations made in that regard have not been considered by the authority concerned.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2 alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of her claim. The authority concerned shall examine the petitioner's grievance with regard to payment of honorarium amount in accordance with law within a period of 3 months thereafter. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
