1. This are applications for condonation of delay of 117 days in filing Miscellaneous Civil Applications. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the Miscellaneous Civil Applications has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing Miscellaneous Civil Applications deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Miscellaneous Civil Applications be numbered.
