This petition has been filed by the petitioner Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for concluding the investigation of case crime No. 12 of 2014 under sections 307, 323 IPC, P.S. Jethwara, District Pratapgarh and to take the action against the accused person.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the petitioner appears before the S.P. Pratapgarh with regard to his grievance, the same shall be considered by the S.P. Pratapgarh to ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
Accordingly it is disposed of.
