Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State Counsel.
By means of this petition, a prayer has been made seeking direction to the respondent No.1, namely, Board of Revenue to decide the revision petition no. 1117 of 2018, Bindeshwari Prasad and another Vs. Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad, within some time frame to be fixed by the Court.
In view of the proposed order, the requirement of issuance of notice to the respondent No.3 is hereby dispensed with.
Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made by the petitioners, this petition is finally disposed of finally with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Chairman, Board of Revenue with appropriate application seeking expeditious disposal of the revision petition. In case any such application is moved by the petitioners to the Chairman, Board of Revenue, the same shall be decided in accordance with law and also taking into account the overall pendency of the matters before the Board of Revenue. The decision by the Chairman, Board of Revenue under this order shall be taken within a month from the date of presentation of such application.
