Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application for substitution of the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Bindehswari alias Lallan Prasad sole petitioner who is stated to have been died on 05.09.2008 leaving behind Smt. Shanti Devi widow of the deceased petitioner and Anil Kumar, Satgur Prasad and Arjun Prasad sons of the deceased petitioner.
The application is allowed.
Let Smt. Shanti Devi widow of the deceased petitioner and Anil Kumar, Satgur Prasad and Arjun Prasad sons of the deceased petitioner be substituted as petitioner nos. 1/1 to 1/4.
Necessary amendment in the array of the parties shall be carried out within a week by the office.
