Heard counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayers:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release his entire post retrial dues including pension, gratuity, leave encashment and general provident fund, etc. with interest @ of 18 % within a period to be fixed by this Court.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner for payment of the dues claimed by him, expeditiously within certain stipulated of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that in case the petitioner will raised his grievances before the concerned competent authority, the concerned competent authority will look into the grievances of the petitioner and take a decision regarding post retiremental benefit.
In view of above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no. 3, Chief Conservator of Forests, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur within a period of three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order and in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 3 within the time indicated hereinabove, he shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner before him.
