This contempt application has been filed alleging that the order dated 21.4.2015 passed in Writ A No. 9288 of 2009 and the order dated 26.8.2015 passed in Contempt Application(Civil) No. 5206 of 2015 has been willfully disobeyed by the opposite party/parties despite service of the orders thus, rendering him liable for punishment under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971.
In response to the order dated 08.05.2019, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 and 3. The same be taken on record.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds that substantial compliance has been ensured in the matter and as such, no interference is required.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
