Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a view to approach the Passport Authority with an appropriate request in view of the letter received by him from the Immigration Court at Chicago,USA dated October 21, 2011, if permissible under the law. Permission as sought for is granted. Petition is disposed of as having been withdrawn. The Court has not opined anything on merits. Notice discharged. No costs.
