The petitioner complains of non-consideration of an application for building permit submitted by her to the 2nd respondent. The application has been acknowledged receipt of by Ext.P2. The petitioner has thereafter submitted Ext.P4 representation requesting that some orders may be passed on her application. She seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of her application for building permit. Adv.Sri.Binu Paul appears for the respondents.
In view of the limited relief sought, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application for building permit submitted by the petitioner, acknowledged receipt of by Ext.P2, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
