1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-wife to stay further implementation and operation of the judgment and decree passed by both the Courts below.
2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the fact that the main Second Appeal is already admitted and ad-interim relief, which has been granted earlier, has been continued since long and so as to see that the Second Appeal does not become infructuous, ad-interim relief granted earlier is directed to be continued as interim relief till final disposal of the main Second Appeal. In the facts and circumstances of the case, Registry is directed to notify the main Second Appeal for final hearing on 19/03/2012.
3. With this, the present application is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
