Place the matter on 20.01.2012 as the learned AGP wants to file xerox copy of the affidavit-in-reply, which according to her, was affirmed on 19th December 1996 and the copy of which was already served to the learned advocate of the petitioner. Learned AGP may place on record xerox copy to which learned advocate Mr.Mukul Sinha has no objection since original is not available on record. Office may see to it that if the original affidavit-in-reply is filed, the same may be placed on record.
