Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 21.01.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.1628 of 2019 (Committee of Management, Black Stone Girls Inter College, Mathura through its Manager v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
Learned Chief Standing Counsel has also placed the instruction dated 26.04.2019 sent by Joint Director of Education, Agra Region, Agra and submits that so far as the aforesaid order is concerned, the same has been complied with. The said instruction be taken on record.
The said situation has also been endorsed by Shri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
