Mr. B.T. Rao, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent prayed for permitting his client to get admission in the 4th/5th year pursuant to the order impugned.
Mr. S.N. Shelat, the learned Sr. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the appellants, however, submits that in the event this appeal fails and the order of the learned Single Judge is affirmed, the University will not raise any objection regarding attendance for late admission of the student for the Semester starting from June, 2012. In view of the above stance of the University, no such direction need be given.
