2. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying the following reliefs :-
" It is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned court below to decide the Bail Application as an early of the Applicant-Petitioner bearing Regular Bail Application No.3021(B) of 2021 ( Bimal Kant Mudgal Vs. State of U.P.) pending before the court of learned Additional District Judge/Special Judge, (MP/MLA) Court, Lucknow pertaining to Case Crime No.01/2014, under Sections -409, 120-B I.P.C. and Section - 13(1) (D) R.W. section -13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station - Gomati Nagar, District Lucknow.
Or in Alternative This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant the Bail to the Applicant-Petitioner in Case Crime No.01/2014, under Sections 409, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 13(1) (D) R.W. section -13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station -Gomati Nagar, District Lucknow."
3. Learned A.G.A. did not raise any objections to the prayer made.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the trial court to decide the pending bail application bearing Regular Bail Application No.3021(B) of 2021 ( Bimal Kant Mudgal Vs. State of U.P.) pending before the court of learned Additional District Judge/Special Judge, (MP/MLA) Court, Lucknow pertaining to Case Crime No.01/2014, under Sections -409, 120-B I.P.C. and Section - 13(1) (D) R.W. section -13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station - Gomati Nagar, District Lucknow, expeditiously in accordance with law, if possible on the next date fixed.
