The petitioners have taken out present petition seeking below mentioned reliefs/directions:-
"12(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring that the petitioners are entitled to file the Suit and the court of District Judge Rajkot in connection with the Bengal Star Group Trust Rajkot having registration no.F/633.
(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to decide the application being Misc. Application No.05/2012 within a short period as may directed by this Hon'ble Court."
2. So far as the relief prayed for in para-12(A) is concerned, after making submissions to some extent, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners do not press the relief as prayed for in para-12(A) and the request is given-up.
2.1 So far as the relief prayed for in para-12(B) is concerned, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed an application before the competent authority, however, the said application has not been decided until now.
3. In view of the said submissions by learned advocate for the petitioners, the petition stands disposed of with observation that if any application is made, under the provisions of the Act, and the same is pending for consideration, the authority concerned may take steps to decide and dispose of the same in accordance with law and applicable rules, as expeditiously as possible.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, present petition stands disposed of.
