Both sides agree that O.P. No. 347/2013 pending on the file of the Family Court, Pala can be transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. This is taking note of the convenience of the parties many of whom are working abroad.

2. Hence O.P. No. 347/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Pala shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end.

The Transfer Petition is allowed.
