2. The present writ petition is filed alleging that the respondent police are calling the petitioner and pressurizing him to handover the land in Survey No.57/A/2 of Chinthagattu Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, to respondent No.4.
3. On 18.07.2014, notice before admission was ordered and respondent No.3 was directed not to call the petitioner to the police station unless his presence is necessary as an accused in a crime or for the purpose of investigation.
4. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions and, on the basis of which, it is stated that the Sub-Inspector of Police, K.U.P.S., Warangal District, has never harassed, interfered or threatened the petitioner. There appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4 and hence, the police are nothing to do with the civil dispute.
5. In view of the said statement that police are not interfering and threatening the petitioner and in view of pendency of civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4, no further orders are called for.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
