Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No. 7, Allahabad to decide Original Suit No. 1820 of 2014, Smt. Bilkish Begum and others Vs. Bhullur and another within a stipulated period.
Suit is of the year 2014. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. No costs.
