Since a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal has already been served upon Mr Bhatt the learned AGP, he waives formal service of notice. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, by given by that date.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the appellant has made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order staying further proceedings of show cause notice dated 2-11-April, 2012, which is the subject matter of the Special Civil Application out of which the present appeal arises. We accordingly pass such order.
