JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6162 of 2016 dated 15.12.2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Karaikal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (P) appearing for the respondent.
3. The order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6162 of 2016 reads as follows:-
"Heard both side. The petition, objection and case records are carefully perused. On perusal of case record this court find that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 25.11.2016. Considering the memo filed by the counsel for petitioner stated that the other accused got Anticipatory bail, this court is inclined to grant bail to the accused. Hence, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail in the interest of justice on execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with 2 sureties to a like sum with direction to appear before All Women Police Station, Karaikal everyday at 10.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. until further orders."
4. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed and hence, seeks for relaxation.
5. Learned Government Advocate (P) also produced copy of the compliance report of the petitioner issued by the Inspector of Police, Kottucherry Circle, Karaikal.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to relax the conditions as infra:-
(i) The petitioner is directed to appear before the All Women Police Station, Karaikal once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months until further orders.
7. This Crl.O.P.No.5277 of 2017, is disposed of accordingly.
