JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in respect of giving benefits of the Tikoo Commission and revised pay scale after adding benefits of NPA as per Resolution referred at Annexure E in the sixth pay commission and Tikoo Commission for the purpose of fixation of pension and retirement benefits and giving effect of the benefits of Tikoo Commission available to the petitioner.
2.0 The respondent has filed affidavit-in-reply wherein it is stated that the process in respect of the above is already undertaken and it will be completed as early as possible preferably within a period of three months and final decision will be taken.
3.0 In view of the above, it is observed that the respondent shall decide the case of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. With the above observation, petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
4.0 If the case of the petitioner is not decided within stipulated time, it will be open to the petitioner to revive the petition.
