The petitioner is the accused in crime No.798/2014 of Kundara Police Station. The above captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Case has been filed with the prayer to direct the Sessions Court, Kollam to consider and dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on the same day itself, on which the application is filed. 2. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in the event of the petitioner appearing and surrendering on or before 17.11.2014, before the Sessions Court, Kollam, and filing appropriate application for recall of warrant, if any, and bail application on his behalf, then the above said Sessions Court shall consider the said applications on the same day itself. Needless to say, the Sessions Court shall examine the merits of the matter raised in the aforementioned bail application of the petitioner. Further, in the interest of justice, it is ordered that until consideration and disposal of the bail application of the petitioner Crl.M.c.6242/14 - : 2 :-
by the Sessions Court as directed above, all further coercive action against the petitioner, if any, in connection with the above said crime, will be kept in abeyance.
The Crl.M.C. is finally disposed of with the above said observations and directions.
