JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges an arbitration award Ext.P3. It is an interim award passed permitting the respondents to take custody of the vehicle with police assistance. The petitioner has not challenged Ext.P3 in appropriate proceedings. That apart, the respondents are all private parties. Therefore this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
