JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner who is the third accused in Crime No.722 of 2014 of the Kochi Cusba Police Station apprehends arrest and has filed this application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per instruction given, the petitioner was arrested on 16.06.2014.
3. In the light of that, the application has become infructuous.
The application is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to seek other remedies as are available to him under the law.
