JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioners are accused in Crime No.507/2014 of Erumapetty Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341 and 354 IPC and Section 119 (B) of Kerala Police Act.
3. The allegation against him is that while the petitioner was going along a public way to her home the petitioners came on a two wheeler, wrongfully restrained her, outraged her modesty by catching hold of her hands and taking her photographs. The defence version is that the allegations are false. According to the defence when the 1st petitioner demanded the de facto complainant to repay the amount she had borrowed from him, she hit her with her hands, the other petitioners only attempted to save him from the attack.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The FI Statement prima facie indicates commission of the offences by the petitioners. As of now, there is nothing to believe the version of the defence. It is not at all proper to favour the petitioners with an order under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
In the result, this Bail application is dismissed.
