JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges the recovery proceedings initiated for satisfaction of the loan account maintained with the respondent Bank. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that only Rs.20,000/=(Rupees Twenty thousand only) had been paid during the pendency of the writ petition. In deference to the pending writ petition, the recovery was not continued, despite there being no interim order.
3. In the above circumstances, if the petitioner approaches the respondent-Bank for installments, the respondent-Bank shall consider the same and grant at least ten installments. If the petitioner does not approach the respondent Bank within one month from today, the respondent-Bank shall be entitled to proceed against the property mortgaged.
Writ petition disposed of.
