Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.12 of 2014 of the Excise Range office, Adimali for the offence under Sec.55(i) of the Kerala Abkari Act for alleged possession of IMFL for sale, apprehends arrest and has filed the application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that the petitioner and his father, the 1st accused kept the contraband in their possession in their house. It is submitted that the house stands in the name of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the allegations are not true.
4. Having regard to the circumstances above stated, request for pre arrest bail cannot be allowed. The application is dismissed.
