According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.267/2014 of Adoor Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation is over and the final report has already been filed in the matter. Matters being so, it is for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court and move for regular bail. In such case, the said court shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the above said observations, this Bail Application is dismissed.
