ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of interim order dated 23.01.2013 in W.P.No.1479 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the parties placed before the Court final order dated 11.04.2014 in W.P.No.1479 of 2013, whereby a learned Single Judge has dismissed the said writ petition.
In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.
The contempt case is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No.305 of 2014 shall also stand disposed of as infructuous.
