The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for an earlier disposal of Ext.P1 application filed by the petitioner before the first respondent under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that, though the case was posted for hearing on 21.5.2014, there was no appearance by either side. No objection is also filed by the opposite party. Now the matter is posted for hearing on 28.5.2014.
2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, and having gone through the averments in Ext.P1, I am of the view that early orders are required to be passed in Ext.P1. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
The first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in Ext.P1 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
