When the petitioner's Fair Price Shop was cancelled, he filed an appeal and when the appeal also was dismissed, he filed a writ petition being Writ-C No.62190 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.9.2018.
The State-respondents have now initiated proceedings for a fresh allotment. If the petitioner is so aggrived, he may get the earlier writ petition restored and ventilate his grievances therein.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
