Heard learned counsel for the petitioner present in the Court and learned counsel for the respondents through video conferencing.
Present petition has been with following prayer:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned demand notice dated 13.01.2021 (Annexure No. 2 to the Writ Petition) Issued by the respondent no.2.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no. 2 to accept the due loan amount in easy installments.
(iii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no.2 not to attach the property of the petitioner.
(iv) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no.2 not to initiate any further proceeding against the petitioner."
Both the parties agree that some settlement has taken place in the matter and the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
