This is a writ petition against an order of assessment of electricity dues dated 23.2.2013.
The petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The petitioner may approach the appellate authority in this regard. However, his appeal will not be thrown out on the ground of delay as the petitioner was pursuing his case before this Court.
The writ petition is disposed of on the ground of alternative remedy.
