After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned in respect of his grievance.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
It is however made clear that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again in respect of the same cause.
