It is submitted that the police has already submitted final report in the crime. Now the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Case without prejudice to his right to file proper proceeding, challenging the final report as such.

Permission is accordingly granted, and the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
