Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Revision No. C201805000000931 of 2018 (Bigani Vs. Dulare) arising out of in case no. 639/664 under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act, pending before Commissioner Gorakhpur, Division Gorakhpur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Revision No. C201805000000931 of 2018 (Bigani Vs. Dulare) arising out of in case no. 639/664 under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act, pending before Commissioner Gorakhpur, Division Gorakhpur, shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
