JUDGMENT / ORDER

Report No.257 (Judicial) of 2010 filed today annexing the copy of the valuer report. The same may be placed on record.
The valuer has estimated the cost of land and construction at Rs.2,10,05,860/- and after consideration of depreciation estimated the value at Rs.1,80,18,380/-.
Let the sale of property be advertised in two newspapers, namely, Amar Ujala (Hindi) and Hindustan Times (English). The sale notice at page no. 7 of the report is approved. The Official Liquidator is directed to publish the sale notice in newspapers, namely, Amar Ujala (Hindi) and Hindustan Times (English).
