The Official Liquidator is permitted to declare dividends amongst the secured creditors and the workmen and issue letters to them. A Dividend Account in Punjab National Bank, Civil Lines, Allahabad be opened.
In case if the party pursues the matter for payment, the same may be paid within two weeks from the date of presentation of the claim as per their allowed claim.

Sri Anjani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator states that the Company has detected land consisting of three plots, namely, plot nos. 111 measuring 0.1420 hectare, 112 measuring 0.1060 hectare and 113 measuring 0.1320 hectare Indira Nagar Colony, Raibareli. The staff has been deputed to collect the sale deed. The Official Liquidator is directed to collect the sale deed or other evidences relating to the title of the land and submit a fresh report for further orders.
