JUDGMENT / ORDER

This case has already been released by me vide order dated 9.1.2008. However, it has not been brought to the notice in last two occasions. Today, in pursuance of the advertisement, two tenders have been received.
Since I have already released the matter, it would not be appropriate for me to proceed in the matter.
Lay before another Bench after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
Both the tenders may be kept in sealed cover with the Official Liquidator.
List on 1.2.2011 before the nominated Bench for further proceeding.
