Sri Arnab Banerjee, learned counsel has filed his power on behalf of M/S Asset Reconstructions Company (India) Ltd, who was directed to prepare inventory of the Assets of the Company and hand over the same to the Official Liquidator as well as valuation report of the Company under liquidation. The Official Liquidator submits that the said inventory and the valuation report has not been served upon him nor filed before this Court, Since Sri Arnab Banerjee, learned counsel has sent an illness slip today, the case is passed over. An application has been moved on behalf of 23 workers of the Company for settlement of their claim before the Official Liquidator, which is slightly beyond time and the matter is pending before the Official Liquidator for condondation of delay.
Since the claim of the workers has not yet been settled, this Court deem it proper that the delay in filing the application be condoned. The delay in filing the application is condoned. The applicants may submit their claim before the Official Liquidator for its adjudication, which the learned counsel appearing for the applicants undertakes to file within one week before the Official Liquidator.
With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
